This is Remus with "authoritaah", at least in the first three panels. In the fifth, he seems undecided whether he should faint, have a nosebleed or smack Sirius and James with his toothbrush and throw them out of the bathroom.
 I have no idea what Sirius did to make James mad. Maybe he said something about Lily being "really popular". ^__^ James Potter, Remus Lupin and Sirius Black @ JKR P.S.: I tweaked the first panel a little, adding a second bubble and sound effects to clarify there are two people rioting and chasing each other behind the door.
